Here at DoggyHQ, we have recently seen an unprecedented surge in orders due to Covid-19 and we just wanted to take some time to reassure you that we as a business are working around the clock to supply to you, so thank you for your patience. We also wanted to explain what plans we have put in place to protect both you and the DoggyHQ team at this difficult time and how these changes may affect you when placing an order.
What we are doing
To ensure the safety of our team and customers, we are adhering to government guidelines whilst working harder than ever to make sure your orders arrive on time. Anyone who can, are working from home and the team in our critical fulfillment operations are practicing strict social distancing rules when at work.
As a relatively small business, we are all pulling together to ensure our customers get what they need with no impact on the quality of the products we offer.
While we are happy to help with your queries, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of enquiries come through to customer support team which has resulted in a delay to response times. We would advise all our customers and urge those who have sent a query not to send more than one contact form which just adds to the backlog that we are currently working through. Please be patient with us, we are doing everything we can to get back to you as soon as possible!
Changes to order times
Due to increased demand, wait times on delivery are also longer than normal. We are doing everything we can to speed delivery up and reduce wait times by working closely with our couriers.
