Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online Catalogue, and simply click add to cart. When you have finished added items to the cart, go to the checkout.
Cancellation / Returns
We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges for all items* within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts.
Shipping charges are not refundable (we will pay all shipping costs including the return shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error). You will be responsible for the cost of return and safe return of any product purchased after which a refund of the purchase price will be made in full, unless the goods have been misused, or are in a condition that warrants the product non-saleable.
When returning an item please make sure you get a 'proof of postage certificate' from the Post office (Free of charge) and make sure to properly insure the item(s).
We will charge you a handling fee of 10% on your order.

DoggyHQ reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event that you need to make a complaint about our service and/or product/s, just contact us in any way that is convenient to you. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and you will be appointed a specific contact who will follow your complaint through to its conclusion. Our standard guarantees apply to complaints and our internal policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Shipping & Handling
Our Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. The Postage & Packaging amount will be shown at the checkout, when items are added into the basket. For larger orders a fixed rate shipping is set, which enable a certain number of items to be purchased in that fixed amount. For more details regarding this, contact us.
We understand that delivery time is of the utmost importance. All our orders are shipped daily using either Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or personal Courier depending on your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you. As soon as your product(s) are back in stock, we will dispatch your item as soon as possible. We will also give you the option to cancel your order, if you would not rather wait.
